Yesterday, we had Cameron Leighton with us at Athletics Club. Cameron has been the N.I and Ulster age group & Irish Club age group champion in triple jump. He has also represented Ireland in the Celtic Games. He taught us how to do to long jump. The improvement in one session was fantastic and it was great fun!
