P1 and P2 had a lovely morning yesterday when we walked to our local garden centre- Castlerock Garden Centre to explore nature at this time of the year. We heard about the apple trees that they have been growing and we were able to see lots of pretty flowers that are in bloom. Every child on the trip recieved a free apple from the Garden Centre and we were gifted more to bring back to school for apple printing, cutting and other autumn activities in our classrooms.
