P2s are learning all about Light and Dark in our new topic for this term. To start off our topic we learned about Diwali celebrations and made these lanterns to honour the beginning of the Diwali Festival. We also learned about how the light affects shadows and explored our own shadows in the playground one morning. We have transformed our role-play area into a bear's cave in the forest and we are looking foirward to playing in there throughout the topic. We will add more photos and videos throughout the term so keep checking back here for updates!
