Today our whole staff took part in staff training focusing on our Vision, Mission, and Values at Hezlett Primary School and how everything that we do in school incorporates these. This was the second part of training, with part one earlier in the year looking at our whole school Ethos. Through this work, we were really able to think deeply about what makes our school special.
This is an exciting piece of work all about who we are as a school and as a whole school community.
We also look to the future for our school and will start to set the strategic direction of the next number of years at Hezlett Primary School, future-proofing for continuing generations.
We look forward to bringing the whole school community alongside us in this journey over the coming months - watch this space.
